Proposal to clarify that adhesive agents should not exacerbate the burning behavior of materials or components. The manufacturer should list the adhesives used in construction.

Proposal for a new UN Regulation on uniform provisions concerning the approval of motor vehicles with regard to the Moving Off Information System for the Detection of Pedestrians and Cyclists.

The objective of this proposal is to differentiate bodied quadricycles from the wide variety of vehicles of category L7 covered by the definition in paragraph 2.1.7. of the Consolidated Resolution on the Construction of Vehicles (R.E.3) with a view to enhancing the passive safety of bodied heavy quadricycles for the transport of passengers.

Proposal for additional checks following complete vehicle tests:

1. destruction of seats mounts. The break-off and displacement of seats is not covered by the current Regulation, since they are initially located inside the residual space and their displacement is not assessed;
2. injury-causing objects entering the residual space and moving within it (e.g., if a person is hit by a fire extinguisher or other object when the vehicle overturns, it may cause serious or even fatal injuries).

List of items approved during the remote GRSG July session but subject to confirmation via absence of objections following the session. Under the “silence procedure”, if a Contracting Party expresses dissent, the GRSG approval is nullified.
