The Chair of GRSG introduced delegates with the special procedure for decisions at the informal meeting replacing the 118th session (GRSG-118-15), established as a result of international travel restrictions and limitations for personal meetings at the Palais des Nations in Geneva, which had been in force as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
