The 03 series of amendments (focusing on DRL) as approved by GRE during its October 2018 session (document GRE/2018/50) changes provisions for automatic headlamps as adopted for motorcycles in 2004 (see document GRE/2003/12/Rev.1). While appropriate for vehicles equipped with DRL, the changes would reduce safety for vehicles not equipped with DRL. |
