Proposal for 04 series of amendments to Regulation No. 12

Proposal to extend the scope to all kinds of powertrain systems above a certain working voltage level. The modifications are based on discussions held during the meeting of the group of interested experts on Electric Vehicles Post Crash provisions (EVPC) to amend regulation Regulations Nos. 94 and 95.
This proposal (WP.29/2010/59) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-four Contracting Parties out of the 40 applying UN R11 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-four voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
This proposal (WP.29/2010/60) was adopted by the World Forum. Seventeen Contracting Parties out of the 22 applying UN R29 were present for the vote by AC.1. Seventeen voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicles - Environment Subgroup (SGE) report summarising the findings and recommendations in the different areas addressed by the SGE in support of the harmonisation process
