Proposal to:

• Remove a residual reference in Annex 22 to ‘temporary’ requirements for belt-attached infant carrier modules;
• Extend and adapt the minimum breaking load requirements to cover the webbing straps of all categories of integral enhanced child restraint systems (not only i-Size); and
• Clarify that Integral Belted enhanced child restraint categories are required to undergo rear or lateral dynamic impact testing.

Finnish Safety Investigation Authority has given recommendation to equip the seats of category M₂ and M_{3</ vehicles with lap and shoulder belt type seat belts, i.e. three-point seat belts.}

OICA proposes that:

1. The EVS informal group reconsider the validity (especially, effectiveness and practicability) of REESS overcurrent test adopted in GTR 20 Phase 1, and
2. Each Contracting Party suspend adoption of this test for its national/regional regulations, until above (1) is concluded.

Proposal to align UN R129 with the descriptions used in of UN R44 and UN R94 which refer to resultant head and chest accelerations.

Proposes to transfer the provisions on minimum number of anchorage points and location of lower anchorages from Consolidated Resolution on the Construction of Vehicles (R.E.3)
