GRSP noted GRSP-66-16 that amends the reference of provisions on the minimum number of anchorage points and location of lower anchorages from the Consolidated Resolution on the Construction of Vehicles (R.E.3) to the UN Regulation No. 16. GRSP adopted GRSP-66-16, as reproduced in Annex II to this report. The secretariat was requested to submit the proposal as Supplement 1 to the 09 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 14, for consideration and vote at the June 2020 sessions of WP.29 and AC.1.
