The expert from Germany re-introduced ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/2024/6 to clarify how to perform the buckle-opening test, simulating the load caused by a 60 kg body, described in paragraph 7.8. of the UN Regulation. The expert from the Kingdom of the Netherlands updated the proposal (informal document GRSP-76-48-Rev.1) with the specifications of the three-dimensional “H” (3-D “H”)-point machine which had been updated and transferred from the Consolidated Resolution on the Construction of Vehicles (R.E.3) to Mutual Resolution No.1 (M.R.1).
