GRVA agreed to resume consideration of a proposal, tabled by the expert from Germany, for amendments to UN Regulation No. 13 aimed at clarifying the mass to be taken into account in the context of the Type IIA test, as well as the initial OICA proposal.

GRVA agreed to consider a proposal tabled by the experts from CLEPA and OICA, aimed at enabling the use of a positive lock type system as an alternative to a friction type parking braking system to fulfil the statis requirements of UN Regulations Nos. 13 and 13-H.

GRVA may wish to review amendments to UN Regulations Nos. 13, 13-H, 139 or 140, if available.
