Proposal for a supplement to the 02 series of amendments to Regulation No. 7

Proposal to clarify that in the case of a stop lamp, the failure indicator of paragraph 6.1.7.2. is a “failure tell-tale” rather than an “operating tell-tale”. This proposal complements the similar proposal for Regulation No. 48 contained in informal document GRE-70-09.
