Proposal to insert new paragraphs 0. and 0.1. to 0.1.4., amend paragraphs 2.6., 2.7., 4.4.1., 5.1., 5.2., and 5.5. to 5.11., insert new paragraphs 2.9. and 2.10., and amend paragraph 1., footnote 1, to extend UN R39 application to vehicles of categories X and Y and vehicles with manual mode operating at speeds above 6 km/h equipped with Automated Driving System Feature of Type 2 (ADSF-2), revise speedometer and odometer requirements accordingly, and clarify provisions related to driver absence and manual driving controls. |
