Proposal to:

Add a new paragraph 3.3.4.4.1. concerning labels for additional approval markings,
Amend paragraph 4.13.1. point (b) to modify requirements for luminous intensity when elements stop emitting light,
Amend paragraph 5.3.3.2. to specify luminous intensity requirements for ADB for vehicles of category L₃,
Amend paragraph 5.3.3.7. to insert a new Part C to Table 13 with type approval photometric requirements for adaptation of the driving beam,
Amend Notes to Table 13 to address ADB for vehicles of category L₃,
Amend paragraph 6.2.1.1. to modify deviation requirements for driving-beams,
Delete paragraph 6.2.1.1.1.2.1.,
Amend Table 28 row BR and Table 29 row BR to modify luminous intensity values,
Amend Table 35 concerning Class R driving-beam bend lighting system requirements,
Replace table note references in Annex 4 paragraph 1.6.2.1.,
Add a new Figure A13-VII to Annex 13 with a marking example,
Renumber former Figures A13-VII and A13-VIII as A13-VIII and A13-IX respectively.

24. The expert from GTB proposed clarifying grouped markings and labels. The proposals also included draft amendments to UN Regulation No. 149 (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRE/2026/10). GRE adopted the proposals, as amended by GRE-94-07, and requested the secretariat to submit them for consideration and adoption to the November 2026 sessions of WP.29 and AC.1 as draft Supplement 8 to the 01 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 148 and draft Supplement 8 to the 01 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 149.

27. The expert from IMMA introduced draft amendments that aimed to expand the technical requirements for adaptive driving beam for vehicles of category L3 (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRE/2026/5). GRE adopted the proposal and requested the secretariat to submit it for consideration and adoption to the November 2026 sessions of WP.29 and AC.1 as part of draft Supplement 8 to the 01 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 149.

28. The experts from GTB proposed improving failure detection and signalization requirement (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRE/2026/11 as amended by GRE-94-08-Rev.1). GRE adopted the proposal and requested the secretariat to submit it for consideration and adoption to the November 2026 sessions of WP.29 and AC.1 as part of draft Supplement 8 to the 01 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 149.

29. The experts from GTB tabled a proposal that aimed to clarify the conformity of production (CoP) requirements for the driving beam (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRE/2026/12). GRE adopted the proposal, as amended by GRE-94-09, and requested the secretariat to submit it for consideration and adoption to the November 2026 sessions of WP.29 and AC.1 as part of draft Supplement 8 to the 01 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 149.

30. The expert from GTB proposed correcting the CoP values (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRE/2026/13 as amended by GRE-94-10-Rev.1). GRE adopted the proposal and requested the secretariat to submit it for consideration and adoption to the November 2026 sessions of WP.29 and AC.1 as draft Supplement 11 to the 00 series and as part of draft Supplement 8 to the 01 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 149.
