Supersedes GRVA-22-26 (by Clepa) respectively GRVA-2025-15 and GRVA-21-12. 1.2.6. excludes e-axle trailers with ERB/propulsion from approvals until step 2 will be ready. Italy supports. France asks why O<sub>1</sub> omitted. Netherlands supports in principle, but proposal submitted too late for review and not all the input from the last workshop has been included (so proposals needs further consideration). Denmark supports, but notes that not permitted on ADR vehicles. Japan: Support in principle, but want clarifications to ensure that trailers cannot be ADS-like vehicles; cannot support at present. Germany: a couple of proposals from workshops; want to introduce some new tests; in re Japan: recalls a provision that a trailer may not push the towing vehicle. UK: support in principle, but some items (including minor) have not been included: want to see further clarifications and verification that mitigation effective. GRVA chair reminds OICA, CLEPA, and CLCCR to present proposals that already have support and can be resolved during session: Clearly, proposal not ready for GRVA consideration and approval. Proposal postponed until January unless breakthrough this afternoon. Agreed to turn GRVA-23-11 as a formal for January. Also CLCCR need to show up at GRVA.
