40. The expert from Germany introduced informal document GRSP-77-54 with a proposal to correct the units of the moments of inertia of the femur and the tibia of the flexible lower legform impactor. This same text is also present in UN Regulation No. 127 and UN GTR No. 9 Phase 2, where the units are already correct. GRSP adopted informal document GRSP-77-54 (as reproduced in annex IX to the session report) and requested the secretariat to submit it as a proposal for a corrigendum to M.R.1 to the November 2025 sessions of WP.29 and AC.1.

41. The expert from Germany presented informal document GRSP-77-56 with a status report of the Task Force for the implementation of Q UN-Dummies into M.R.1 (TF-QUN). He informed GRSP that the task force was already in a position to share extensive documentation including manuals and drawings for the Q0, Q1, Q1.5, Q3 and Q6 dummies. He indicated that experts wishing to review the documentation could contact him directly and that he hoped to publish them publicly as soon as all copyright permissions were in place. On the issue of how to deal with the Q10 dummy, where there was a large difference between the “baseline” Q10 for UN Regulation No. 129 and the Q10 used in consumer testing, GRSP was not able to provide guidance at the time.
