Submitted for consideration and vote, the proposal for Amendment 4 to UN GTR No. 4 on WHDC (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2021/79 and ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2021/80) was adopted on 22 June 2021 by consensus vote of the following contracting parties present and voting: Australia, Canada, China, the European Union (representing Cyprus, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden), India, Japan, Norway, the Russian Federation, South Africa, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and United States of America.
