Text prepared by Germany to introduce amendments in the working document CMS II-05-02. The amendments are related to the requirements for a point light source test, a test of grey scale rendering, requirements for a colour noise test and the image quality test parameters.

For the point light source test a detection distance of 250 m is proposed for speeds of 40 km/h or more.
