Proposal brings clarity in the text relating to alternative procedures for demonstrating Conformity of Production of evaporative emissions control systems and consistency in the rounding of the Deterioration Factors (DFs). It also proposes an amendment to the formatting of a paragraph relating to Speed Trace Tolerances in order to bring clarity.

Proposal for amendment to 2024/23, OICA proposal to transpose the content of UN GTR No. 21 into a new UN Regulation of the 1958 Agreement.

Hydrogen mono-fuel engines and vehicles are already covered, however hydrogen dual-fuel engines and vehicles are not yet possible to be type-approved. This proposal introduces the requirements to accommodate type-approval of Type 1A hydrogen dual-fuel, as done for hydrogen mono-fuel.

Proposal for amendment to IWG EVE proposal for the UN GTR

Proposal should enable the relevant OBFCM (on-board fuel and/or energy consumption monitoring )data to be collected during the PEMS.

Proposal to delete the PEMS PM number from 06 series of amendments.

Proposal to amend the scope to allow type approval of vehicles that previously where only within the scope as an extension based on
their reference mass.
