Text prepared by the GRPE working group on HDH to add the test procedure on heavy duty hybrids. The text has been prepared as a consolidated version of the GTR.

Proposal to extend the mandate of the informal working group on heavy-duty hybrids to allow for the adaptation of the hybrid provisions developed for GTR No. 4 (WHDC heavy-duty emissions test cycle) to GTR No. 11 (Non-road vehicle emissions).

Japan transposed the Non-Road Transient Cycle (NRTC) of the GTR on Non-Road Mobile Machinery Emissions (GTR No. 11) into its regulations as a new emissions test mode for specialty diesel vehicles on 18 March 2010, but decided not to introduce provisions for crankcase emissions on 28 October 2010.
