Criteria for dual-axis chassis dynamometers have been added to the GTR in paragraph 2.3 in Annex 5, with the intention to make the use of a dual-axis chassis dynamometer mandatory for vehicles tested in 4WD mode. Though these criteria were put in place, there was no specific requirement added to include the requirement that vehicles tested in 4WD mode are actually tested on a dual-axis chassis dynamometer. This proposal would add a paragraph to address this omission. T&E |
