UN R157: Proposal for a Supplement

Reference Number: GRVA/2024/3

Proposal to clarify EMC requirements: "The effectiveness of the system shall not be adversely affected by magnetic or electrical fields both when the ALKS is operational and deactivated. This shall be demonstrated by fulfilling the technical requirements and respecting the transitional provisions of 06 or later series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 10.”

Proposal to align the text with the guidelines on UN regulatory procedures and transitional provisions in UN Regulations (document ECE/TRANS/WP.29/1044/Rev.3).
