GRPE may wish to consider the draft Framework Document on Vehicle Whole-Life Compliance (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2021/148), to develop elements to improve the draft proposal to be considered by the IWG on Periodic Technical Inspection (PTI) and WP.29.
