67. The representative from The Netherlands introduced GRPE-86-39 on the developments in the Netherlands with regard to checking vehicle emissions in PTI. The representative from EUROMOT sought further clarifications about the intention with non-road mobile machinery data. The representative from The Netherlands informed that the intention was to provide emission requirements for any construction/ renovation projects for public procurements, including NOx emissions quotas for the projects to be met by the service provider, where an amount of NOx emissions would be contractually agreed. |
