AC.3 noted the information, as of 16 June 2014, on the status of the Agreement (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/1073/Rev.10) as well as the status of the priorities (based on WP.29-163-18 as reproduced in Annex III to the WP.29 session report) of the Agreement and items on which the exchange of views should continue. AC.3 also noted that assistance may be obtained from the secretariat (Mr. E Gianotti) concerning the obligations of Contracting Parties on the transposition process. Updated information on the status of the priorities is reproduced in Annex III to the report.
