Proposal to amend para. 0.1. to introduce the original version, renumber former paras. 0.1. to 0.14. as paras. 0.1.1. to 0.1.14., insert new paras. 0.2. to 0.2.3. to exempt vehicles of categories X without a driver’s seat and Y from the scope and to require vehicles equipped with an Automated Driving System to comply when operated manually by a driver, amend para. 1.3. to exclude vehicles of category Y and vehicles of category X without a driver’s seat, amend footnote 2 to para. 0.2. and footnote 2 to para. 1.1., amend para. 5.1.1. to specify that a Field of Vision Assistant shall be driving related or operation related or both and shall disappear within 500 ms upon initiation of a transition demand when an Automated Driving System feature is active, and amend footnotes 4, 6 to Annex 1, and footnote 4 to Annex 2 to reference the Consolidated Resolution on the Construction of Vehicles document ECE/TRANS/WP.29/78/Rev.8. |
