4. (c) Deliverables of the Informal Working Group on Event Data Recorder / Data Storage System for Automated Driving

19. During the consultations, the Chair of the IWG on Event Data Recorder / Data Storage System for Automated Driving (EDR/DSSAD) reported on the progress made by the group and presented the DSSAD guidance document. The participants discussed ways to incorporate DSSAD provisions in the new draft ADS regulations.

20. GRVA endorsed the status report (GRVA-22-24) about the activities and deliverables of the IWG on Event Data Recorder / Data Storage System for Automated Driving (EDR/DSSAD).

21. GRVA agreed to transmit the guidance document on DSSAD (GRVA-22-23) to WP.29 (June 2025 session) for endorsement as foundational document for further developments.
