81. The World Forum approved the Amendment 2 to Mutual Resolution No. 1 (M.R.1) and noted it would also be considered in the Executive Committee of the 1998 Agreement (AC.3). 124. Submitted for consideration and vote, the proposal for amendment 2 to Mutual Resolution No. 1 of the 1958 and 1998 Agreements (M.R.1) (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2019/119) was adopted on 13 November 2019 by consensus vote of the following contracting parties present and voting: Australia, Canada, China, the European Union (representing Cyprus, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom), India, Japan, Norway, the Republic of Korea, the Russian Federation, South Africa, Turkey. 125. The representatives from Tunisia and the United States of America abstained from voting. |
