23. The expert from IMMA introduced ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRRF/2016/23 proposing amendments to Regulation No. 78 in order to allow the installation of Emergency Stop Signal on motorcycles. GRRF noted that IMMA was coordinating the related activity at the Working Party on Lighting and Light-Signalling (GRE) to introduce the relevant provisions in Regulation No. 53. GRRF adopted the proposal with the minor correction below and requested the Secretariat to submit it to WP.29 and AC.1 for consideration at their June 2016 sessions, as part of the SupplementĀ 3 to the 03 series of amendments to Regulation No. 78.
