UN R18: Proposal for supplement 04 to the 03 series of amendments

Proposal to ensure the recognition of approvals according to the new regulations created pursuant to the splitting of UN R116 into three new UN Regulations.
This proposal (WP.29/2021/23) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-three Contracting Parties out of the 46 applying UN R18 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-three voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
