Revised proposal from GRE (for the March 2019 WP.29 session) to introduce transitional provisions for the phasing out of UN R70 in conjunction with the introduction of the new UN Regulation on Retro-Reflecting Devices (RRD).
This proposal (WP.29/2018/107/Rev.1) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-five Contracting Parties out of the 47 applying UN R70 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-five voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
