Proposal from GRSP to expand the scope to M1 vehicles with a maximum permissible mass not exceeding 3,500 kg; M1 vehicles with a maximum permissible mass exceeding 3,500 kg and a low “R” point, and N1 vehicles.
This proposal (WP.29/2021/116) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-five Contracting Parties out of the 43 applying UN R95 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-five voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
