42. The expert from Germany introduced ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/2022/22, ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/2022/23 and ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/2022/24 to reintroduce a text that allows tolerances of the vehicle mass and simplified testing into UN Regulations Nos. 94, 95 and 137. Moreover, GRSP noted GRSP-72-46, jointly prepared by the experts from Germany and the Netherlands, to re-introduce the same provisions into UN Regulation No. 135.
43. GRSP adopted ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/2022/22, ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/2022/23 and ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/2022/24, all not amended, and GRSP-72-46, as reproduced in annex VII to the session report. The secretariat was requested to submit the proposals – as draft Supplement 2 to the 04 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 94 (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/2022/22), draft Supplement 3 to the 05 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 95 (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/2022/23), draft Supplement 3 to the 02 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 137 (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/2022/24), and draft Supplement 1 to the 02 series of amendment to UN Regulation No. 135 (GRSP-72-46) – to the June 2023 sessions of WP.29 and AC.1.
