UN R13: Proposal for Supplement 3 to the 13 series of amendments

Proposal to clarify the need to apply, when relevant, the Type II test as required by Annex 4 under paragraph 1.8.2.5 (b) in Annex 15 for alternative brake lining purposes.
This proposal (WP.29/2024/150) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-nine Contracting Parties out of the 53 applying UN R13 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-nine voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
