104. AC.3 noted the information, as of 4 November 2014, on the status of the Agreement (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/1073/Rev.11), the status of the priorities (based on WP.29-164-20 as reproduced in Annex IV to this report) of the Agreement and items on which the exchange of views should continue. AC.3 also noted that assistance may be obtained from the secretariat (Mr. E. Gianotti) concerning the obligations of Contracting Parties on the transposition process. Updated information on the status of the priorities is reproduced in Annex IV to the WP.29-164 session report.
