6. GRVA considered the provisional agenda prepared for its twenty-second session (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRVA/2025/2). GRVA adopted it as reproduced in GRVA-22-02, which includes references to all informal documents received until 2 June 2025 with the follow addition: an additional agenda item 13(d) “Capacity building”. (All informal documents considered during the session are listed in Annex I of this report. Annex II provides the list of Informal Working Groups (IWG) reporting to GRVA.)

7. GRVA also agreed on the running order prepared for the session (see informal document GRVA-22-01).

8. Agenda items 2 to 13 were discussed in detail during the consultation meeting held in Bangkok (Thailand). During the consultations, the secretariat prepared a draft list of proposed decisions for formal adoption during the formal part of the twenty-second session, under agenda item 14. This report summarizes what was discussed during the consultations and the decisions made during the nineteenth session on 24 June 2025.
