51. In compliance with Rule 37 of the Rules of Procedure (TRANS/WP.29/690 and ECE/TRANS/WP.29/690/Amend.1), GRE elected unanimously Mr. Timo Kärkkäinen (Finland) as Chair and Mr. D. Rovers (Netherlands) as Vice-Chair for the sessions of GRE scheduled in the year 2021. GRE paid tribute to Mr. Michel Loccufier (Belgium) who had chaired GRE in 2015-2020.
