The meeting will address drafting of the new 03 series of amendments, with participants to review and discuss sections 1 to 12 of the draft R40.03, covering scope, definitions, application for approval, approval, specifications and tests, modification of vehicle type, extension of approval, conformity of production, penalties for non-conformity, production discontinuation, technical services details, transitional provisions, and appendices. The base document for drafting is EPPR-73-02.
