The European Union (representing Cyprus, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom) abstained from voting. The documentation (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2015/75) submitted jointly with the request would be appended to the listed technical regulation.
