The Compendium of Candidates maintains a list of national and/or regional regulations proposed by Contracting Parties as possible bases for the development of Global Technical Regulations. Listing No. 5 concerns the US Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 108: “Lamps, Reflective devices and Associated Equipment”.
