The expert from the Russian Federation introduced GRRF-75-07 amending ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRRF/2013/15 and proposing corrections to the Russian translation of Regulation No. 13. GRRF adopted the proposal as amended by Annex III to this report (based on GRRF-75-07) and requested the secretariat to submit it to WP.29 and AC.1 for consideration at their March 2014 sessions as draft Corrigendum to UN Regulation No. 13 (Russian text only).
