Proposal for amendments to add Transitional Provisions to Regulation No. 51.03
The transitional provisions in GRB/2012/08 are not in line with the latest UN Guidelines on Transitional Provisions. This proposal updates the transitional provisions and adds two amendments specifically applicable for UN Regulation No. 51.
