In the English versions, the title of Annex 1 (Communication concerning the approval or extension or refusal or withdrawal of approval or production definitely discontinued of a retreading production unit pursuant to Regulation No. 108) is essentially identical to that use for Annex 1 of UN R109. Therefore, this proposal amends the title of Annex 1 in the Russian version of UN R108 to coincide with that of the Russian version of Annex 1 in UN R109.
