Program to prepare regulatory text for a "model regulation" regarding the safety of electric vehicles with regard to risks of thermal propagation in the rechargeable electrical energy storage system, focusing on introduction of a thermal propagation test method. The proposal will serve as the basis for a new series of amendments to UN R100.
