Proposal pursuant to the division of UN R125 into two regulations and a new regulation on field-of-vision assistants (FVA). This proposal includes updates of references to the three-dimensional H-point (3-D “H”-point) measurement and calibration procedure (per the update and transfer of the device specification from the Consolidated Resolution on the Construction of Vehicles (R.E.3) to Mutual Resolution No. 1 (M.R.1).
This proposal (WP.29/2024/97) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-eight Contracting Parties out of the 55 applying UN R125 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-eight voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
