Proposal to align the provisions for retreaded tyres marked using the three-peak-mountain snow-flake (3PMSF) symbol with amendments to UN R117 and to restore the remainder of a sentence that was unintentionally deleted in paragraph 3.2.1. during a previous amendment procedure.
This proposal (WP.29/2020/74) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-nine Contracting Parties out of the 51 applying UN R109 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-nine voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
