UN R78: Proposal for Supplement 1 to the 04 series of amendments

Proposal to introduce provisions relevant to the activation of stop lamps under more conditions than application of the service brake only, e.g. also by regenerative braking.
This proposal (WP.29/2019/46) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-five Contracting Parties out of the 47 applying UN R78 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-five voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
