Proposal to expand the scope of the regulation on unauthorized L-category vehicle use to include electronic devices such as keyless entry systems, similarly to what already exists in UN R116 on passenger car use.
This proposal (WP.29/2019/8) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-three Contracting Parties out of the 42 applying UN R62 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-three voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
