UN R83: Proposal for Supplement 7 to the 07 series of amendments

Proposal to clarify the text with regard to the extension of approvals for category N vehicles in order to avoid a possible misinterpretation that extensions may not be granted to vehicles with a reference mass greater than the mass of the type-approved vehicle.
This proposal (WP.29/2018/49) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-three Contracting Parties out of the 45 applying UN R83 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-three voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
