Proposal to clarify the definition of “type”, with regard to manufacturer, trade names and marks and to introduce editorial improvements to the requirements for markings.
This proposal (WP.29/2017/27) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-four Contracting Parties out of the 41 applying UN R45 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-four voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
