This revised document also incorporates the Korean proposal to amend GTR No. 9 (document GRSP-55-24) and OICA proposal on Annex 5 (document GRSP-55-44).

Proposal to remove the specification of “±0.01 m/sec” for the accuracy of the velocity measurement in Annex 5, Paragraph 3.2.1. This would leave in place the specification to use the measurement procedure if ISO 3784:1976 which specifies an accuracy of ±1 %.
