The seventy-eighth session of GRSP was scheduled to be held in Geneva from 1 December 2025 (2.30 p.m.) to 4 December 2025 (17.30 p.m.), with half a day less than usual due to resource limitations. GRSP noted the twelve-week deadline for the submission of official documents to the secretariat as 8 September 2025. GRSP tentatively agreed on the following provisional agenda:
