16. A member of the secretariat informed GRSP about an upcoming meeting on Child Passenger Safety on Powered Two-Wheelers, organized by the UN Road Safety Fund and to be held in a hybrid format on 19 May 2025 in Geneva. He invited interested contracting parties to attend the meeting and to extend the invitation to relevant experts in their countries.

17. Informal documents GRSP-77-06 and GRSP-77-07 were dealt with under agenda item 24 (b).

18. GRSP experts discussed the application of the transitional provisions contained in the 06 series of amendments to clarify the possibility of granting type approvals according to the 05 series of amendments. This possibility could be of great value to low- and middle-income countries. GRSP agreed to resume discussion on this topic in the December session.
