61. During the consultations, the expert from the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland presented an amendment proposal to UN Regulation No. 140 on Electronic Stability Control, aimed at clarifying the system reinstatement provisions upon powertrain initiation.

62. GRVA noted GRVA-22-39 and agreed to resume discussion on this matter at its September 2025 session. GRVA agreed to keep GRVA-22-39 on the agenda of the next session.
